Privitals is a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers through our clinical partner, Qualiphy. Privitals does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed provider who evaluates you.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are paying for access to a provider evaluation (a Good Faith Exam) and, if approved, the associated medication or treatment program. Orders are subject to provider approval. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, you will receive a refund for any medication not approved, in accordance with our refund practices.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site to provide false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain medication through fraudulent means.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Privitals or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services obtained through it.
