FAQ

Questions? We’ve got answers.

Everything you need to know about how Privitals works, your care, and your privacy.

Getting started
Is Privitals a real medical service?

Yes. Privitals connects you with independently licensed U.S. healthcare providers who evaluate you and prescribe treatment when it’s appropriate. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

How does it work?

Complete a short, confidential online visit. A licensed provider reviews your intake and, if treatment is right for you, prescribes a plan that ships to your door. See How it works for the full flow.

How fast will I hear back?

Most online visits are reviewed the same day by a licensed provider.

Which states do you serve?

Availability varies by treatment and state. You’ll see exactly what’s available to you during your online visit.

Treatment & providers
Who decides my treatment?

A licensed provider — never a bot. They review your intake and prescribe only when it’s clinically appropriate. If it isn’t right for you, they’ll tell you and may suggest alternatives.

What if a treatment isn’t right for me?

Providers only prescribe when appropriate. Paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription — your provider’s clinical judgment comes first.

Are your peptide therapies legitimate?

Yes. We only offer therapies that are prescribed by a licensed provider and dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. We never sell products for “research use only.”

Can I message my care team?

Yes. You can message your care team any time, adjust your plan as your needs change, and get easy refills.

Privacy, payment & shipping
Do I need insurance?

No. Privitals is a transparent, cash-pay service. You pay for the consultation and treatment directly, with no surprise fees.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your health information is handled through our secure clinical platform in line with applicable privacy laws, and treatments ship in plain, discreet packaging.

How is my treatment delivered?

Approved treatments ship discreetly from a licensed pharmacy. Some everyday-care prescriptions can also be sent to your local pharmacy.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time. See our Shipping & Returns and Terms for details.
